South Australia: Corkscrew Road (Adelaide Hills)
After passing Kangaroo Creek Reservoir, kick your stand down at Gorge Road, Montacute, alongside the River Torrens / Karrawirra Parri to take a pic of your beautiful machine surrounded by peaceful nature.
Corkscrew Road’s hairpin bends can be challenging for less-experienced riders, especially in the downhill direction.
Cyclists of all skill levels enjoy riding these roads, so take care on blind corners.
At the bottom of Corkscrew Road, you can either swing right onto Gorge Road and ride it in the reverse (always a good option) or turn left to return to Adelaide.
